And hatred is such an intense passion that many of us are not capable of feeling or if we do, we cannot sustain it.
But the scary part about indifference is that most people are capable of it and it hurts!

"Serenity of spirit cannot be achieved until we become the masters of our own actions and attitudes. To let another determine whether we shall be rude or gracious, elated or depressed, is to relinquish control over our own personalities; which is ultimately all we possess.

The only true possession is self-possession."

Ulitimately, it all dissolves; loves, hates, possessions, dispossessions, opinions, facts, science, art, philosophy, music, poetry, cinema, cricket, rivers, seas and mountains, all of them.

All that is there is 'now'. And ultimately, you are no longer aware of it.
